Chris Ransom

Chris founded the Kayiben Community School in 2006 whilst working in Sierra Leone and continued to support the school himself until 2013 when he started Set4Life. Having spent a large part of his career working in West and Central Africa he has seen first-hand the extreme poverty and development challenges faced by people living in countries like Sierra Leone. Yet he has always been humbled by the welcome and hospitality he has received in even the smallest, most isolated villages. The Kayiben Community School and Set4Life are a small way he has found to repay some of these people for their kindness. Chris believes that educating children can be a way to bring families and communities out of poverty and provide them with the opportunities that everyone deserves.

JOhnno Ransom

Johnno is a chartered surveyor and works for a specialist mortgage lender. He is Chris' brother and is delighted to be able to support him with the development of Set4Life. He is a believer in the importance of education in providing underprivileged communities with the ability to enhance their lives.

Chris Argent

Chris met Chris R whilst travelling in Australia. They quickly became good friends and spent a large portion of their time travelling together. Due to Chris A being quite tall and, to put it kindly, Chris R being vertically challenged we became known as Little and Large. Chris is an accountant by trade, one however who specialises more on projects. His skill-set of managing large scale projects is something he feels can be used to help drive forward the many challenges we face in making this charity successful.
